After Christmas

Today is Sunday and it is way to quiet. We had a wonderful Christmas. of course everyone was way to generous. Thank all of you so much. It was having most of the family come by Christmas eve day. we enjoyed your visit and seeing the cute kids. We did miss Kendra and her little ones, they were in California. Thanks again to all, we love you so much. Christmas day we opened our presents all alone and then went to Joe's and Debbie's for a wonderful breakfest. Joe was staying off his leg so Debbie, Amber and Jon cooked. We had a nice visit and played with the darling babies of Jaris and Amber. Went home and did our cooking for the dinner later in the day. (between phone calls from family and friends. We had a lovely dinner at the Willie's, just us and them and Josh and Sam. We had cord-on-blue for a change. It was good. They played rummy for a while. We went by Linda's to see their beautiful tree and decorations. Baby Timothy didn't get to come home because of the weather. Kendra and family are back from Cal. Hope to see them tomarrow. Well that is about all the news and update. We missed Pam and Shaylee, but Matthew was with them and they went to Loleene's in the snow storm. Have a wonder New Year and GO DUCKS.

Christmas Decorations

Just a few of our Christmas decoratons, not as many as usual, but nice. Larry did a good job outside and I did what I could inside. We have finished 12 batches of candy and deleivered 7 to friends and Home teaching families. Our families will get their's on Christmas eve.Best of luck Joe on your're surgery the 24th. We will be thinking of you and praying for you. Maybe we can come out Christmas night, let us know if you are up to it. Christmas day will be quiet, just a few of us at the Willie's . (If we are invitied. Baby Timothy is doing better, may be able to come back to this hospital this week. Is taking a pacifer now.Pam and Shaylee won't be here, Money and weather. Mom's Update

Well the decorating is done and the tree is up and looks nice( a real one this year) thanks to David for getting it for us and also decorating it. We have the out of town packages in the mail and 7 batches of candy made, so I guess we are close to being ready for the holiday. Just a quick update on me. Hip surgery delayed until last of March or April. I will see my Uriologyist the 22nd of Dec. I must have 2 or 3 months free of a bladder infection before the surgeon will do the surgery. Guess I'll limp around for 4 more months.Lets see,, Melody's baby Timothy had brain surgery today and got through the surgery well, they drained of the blood and put in a shunt. He will be in Portland for some time more. He is still being feed through a tube. Pray for him.Steve as far as we know is still out of work, but Lisa is working at OMLB. Larene and Skip won't be here this year, we will miss them. They report that the twins are growing and doing well. Due in Feb.They had a nice shower for them. Angi just finished her term at school and got a "A" average. Good job Angi. Their family came bye today and visited they are doing so good. Brought us new pictures of their family. Don't see much of Sheila's family, guess they are OK. David still has no work, except cleaning houses for people. He is in so much pain it hurts me to watch him move. Denise's family is coming home again. Nathan finished his 105 days in Boston and the towns around there. Matthew will be home from scholl this week, then back to Hawaii. Kendra and family will go to Calfornia for Christmas again the year. Darn, this was their year to be here. Guess who the boss is at their house. Trisha is doing good. Denise is working 3 jobs and babysitting grandkids, Linden will start a new job in Janruary. More later on that.Josh and Sam come down often, they are doing well. Joe will have knee surgery on Christmas eve day. Short stay, will be off work for some time. Best of luck Joe!!!. Kim and family won't be home this year for Christmas but Amber and Jon will be here with baby Addison. She is growing up way to fast. Jaris is still working for a glass shop and Niki at State Farm. Baby Auston is doing well and keeping his Mom and Dad busy as well as Grandma and Grandpa. Pam and Shaylee decided not to come for Christmas, they will come when I have my surgery, Shaylee is busy working and going to school. Pam is taking care of Loleene for me since she had her knee replaced. Thank's Pam. I still have Emily some times, she in in to everything, but fun. Will sign off for now. Sat Nov 22nd

Well this has been a busy stressful week. Ron's daughter Melody had her baby early about 5 weeks, emergency C section.. Things weren't good. They took him to icu right away. he did weigh 8 pounds but had a lot of fluid. He has bleeding in his brain. They flew him to Doren Beckers in Portland for more tests. They are afraid he will never be OK. It was caused from when Melody was in a diebati coma last summer, this caused the damage. She didn't know she was 5 months pregant. So this is real scarie. Greart Grandpa gave him a blessing, so we will waite and see. His name is Timothy Christopher.

Joe hurt his knee at work and may have to have surgery. And then Loleene and Paul lost their son Len.

I found out that I will have to have a hip replacement. I first have to get a doctors OK to say I would make it through surgery. So it might be after the first of the year. I guess part of us are going to Denise and Linden's ward building for Thanksgiving dinner, everyone is welcome, Just let us know so we will know how many turkerys to buy. Emily will turn 1 year's old Tuesday, I have had her for 10 months a lot of the time and loved it. Alan and Cherika's twins are growing and doing wonderful, they are having a baby shower for them Tuesday. Debbie just got back from Texas, had a nice visit with Kim and family. Amber came with Addison to visit us and we loved that sweet baby. Auston is going to a baby sitter part time now and growing and talking also. They are so wonderful.We are so lucky. Christmas is going to be here before we know it. I am planing on a dinner for Christmas Eve, like last year. You will be getting a letter soon.Debbie is doing better now and they are enjoying having jaris and Niki there .Larry is still on the computer most of the day. He has almost all of 2009 chruch calendar done. I really appreciate him doing this for me. Guess Angi and Shiela's family are doing good don't hear much from them, Angi is going to school ans Sheila is working long hours.Easton likes his new school, we miss seing him at Denise's. David thinks he has a part time job at Dari Mart. He is feeling some better. He has moved in with some friends.

I thought I would try this blog thing, hope it works. I have read all the blogs front start to finish. It was so much fun. We have such a neat family. I love all of you so much. We rejoice in your good times and feel sad in your trials. Sorry about Debbie's medical problems. Hope the test Tuesday will be good news. Sorry also about Josh and Sam's loss, but there will be more spirits up there to come. Enjoyed your'er beautifu testionany Sam you are a special spirit. We are glad to have you in our family. We enjoy so much reading your blogs Amber all about that sweet baby Adidison. Keep them coming. It was nice to heatr from Kim and all about her sweet family. Glad Sofia had a fun birthday and that Dallin is learning to talk. Sounds like Jaris and Nikki got moved in with Joe and Debbie, hope that will help both families. Hope Denise and family are having fun with Tim and Rachael in Californis. We talked to Pam today and they are doing good.Shaylee is getting good grades and has lots of hair appointments. They really like her. She also works 5 nights a week. Larene and Skip are struggling as most are now days. Alan and Cherika are loving her being pregnant. The twins are growing and they have all the furniture bought and their room done. She is over half way now. David is doing better, but still no job. He had to move in with friends. He is still going to church, he is now in our ward. Steve and Becky got a house and moved out of Linda's Jeff is living with them. Linda and John are in Arizonia visting Kurtis and seeing the races. Melody is expecting a big baby boy next week. Well I hope I havn't forgot any news. I guess I need to mention that I got the hip reports back Friday and it isn't good. Will see a specialist and go from there. I am still watching Emily at least 4 days a week, and loving every minute of it. She waks and talks some. Dad is feeling good. Now mowing his own yards. We have our GO DUCKS sign up and our TURKEY on the fence. If I don't get back to this, keep writing and HAPPY THANKSGIVING we love you all.

To Faimly

Just a up date.
Ileene and I both have a head cold. Getting better.
Last time I told you we were going to get some test's done on Ileene. We did that. Lung test's show her in take and out put are normal, thats good. Her MIR on her heart does not show any thing wrong. Thats good.
We went to the Dr. Yesterday. She told her she should use her air not just at night. Most of the time even in the day time. Told her to get an X Ray of her right hip. May have artheritis in it. could be the thing that is giving her the pain in her right hip. Then to get some blood test's Then go to our heart Dr. soon after that. To have him tell her what may be next. We are to get the X Ray soon. The blood test in about two weeks. After some meds she is taking has time to set in. Then see the heart Dr.
She may need to have some special things done in a gym, place where some one can watch her all the time. Not just water stuff.
Last night I set up the air thing for her in the living room. It has a long tub so she can us it any where in the house. Not she did not do it today at all. (just last night).

Hi all.
Ileene did go in for her heart MIR. We have not heard any thing. She has an apoitment on this next Thur, With Dr Moneec ( not speeld right.) He is a Dr. so just may be we will know more after that day.
She went in to the Hosp, for a test about her lungs. They are OK. The lady that did the test said she would not think she would need any thing for her Lungs. That is Great. She is on oxigon at night time. 11pm-7am.
I have come down with a cold. not felling to good right know. No chest pains. just head and eyes. She still wants to take care of Kindra's baby. She walking all over and has said hi there.
Mostly things are doing good. We love you all Dad & Grand Pa

Well I thunk I have this so I can let people know what is going on. A red line just came on. I don't know why.

First time

I am doing this just to see if some thing comes out of it.
Ileene in the last two weeks has had a test over night on how much oxygen was in her blood.
They(Doc) Called her and said some one would be over and put her on oxygen fll time at nights. They all so gave her some and the set up for her to have some with use during the day time while away from the full thing. Then the Dro. phone and told her to go to the new Hosp. on thru the 9th of Oct. at 8 AM for test on her heart. Then called a gain for some other tsets later the same day.
Last night I set her up and she says she did not turn it off tell 7 AM . She says she is ok, but the other tsets say may be not.
Well we will see this next Thru.
I am doing good. Blood suger is not to high and no chest pains.
If this works some one needs to tell use.
