End of May

Well time sure flys when you are busy. We are almost ready to leave to marrow for Salt Lake and St. George. We will be in Salt Lake from the 28th until the 6th June, St.George 6th until the 13th and home on the 15th of June. Shaylee will graduate the 4th of June. She can hardy wait. We will get to see the twins and Alan & Cherika at least 3 times (we hope.)

Yes we had a wedding last Friday. Steve and Kendra got married at the top of the mountain. They looked very nice. Glad thats over and hope they can make a happy family. Wish them well!! Joe and Debbie and Larene and Skip had a weekend in Los Vegas. Debbie said once is enough for them. We have David back after staying with his Mom in St.George for 3 weeks. Nice to have him back He is doing really well. We got to visit Amber and Jon and Adison. They are such a happy family. We got to see Jaris and Niki's new farm home. 5 arces and 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The 2 dogs love it there. They can run. Auston likes his new room. We are happy for them.Pam has be working to hard triming trees and puting in her garden. She works to hard. Maybe we can help. I walk some without my walker, (limping) when I get back I am going to change therpists and see if I can get stronger. Dad is doing fine. Our yard is beautiful with all the flowers we got from the family. I had better sign off for now. LOVE YOU ALL MOM GRANDMA

Long time

May 1st
Seems like a long time since I have updated this blog. You know nothing much has happened the last 5 weeks. I am sure all of you all know all the details of my surgery and hospital stay for 2 weeks. I am well pleased with the hip surgery. I have had only 2 days at first with pain. The next few day I don't recall much, except talking weird. Denise was there with me day and some nighs for 2 weeks. Larry and Joe was there with lots of blessings. Dad was a trooper. Thanks to all the family for all the love and prayers and conscern Seems like The rehab was very intense but good. My biggest conscern was the pain in my bladder area and a ongoing upset stomach. My legs were like huge barrels.. They had gone down some before I came home . Pam came on the 7th, what a treat. She waited on me hand and foot. She cleaned and redid things that was undone for a long time. She was a angel. She had been so sick when I was, but eeemed to be OK. Sat the 11th Denise showed up with her gloves and redid our front and back yard, with new bark and 15 new flowers. She worked all day. Larry edged and mowed ,(got too tired and hurt his back) Our yard looks wonderful. For Easter I did go to the Willie's for a nice dinner, nice to get out for a while. The day before I got my horrible hair done, that helped. Well Dave isn't doing to good, we feel for him, wish we could help.
It is May 1st and Larene and Skip are here to help David, hopefully he will go back to St.George with them for a short time. Tim and Rachel and Hannah got here last night for Nathan's endowment on May 2nd. He was made a Elder by Linden (His dad) on my birthday GREAT)
I had a wonderful birthday here. 28 family came by with flowers and money for flowers. We enjoyed icecream cake and brownies.. Thanks everyone. WE HAVE A SPECIAL FAMILY.
Nathan had his last day at work yesterday at. Office Max. Only 13 more days and he will be in. the MTC. WE LOVE YOU ALL, PS. Debbie spent 10 days in Texas with Kim, and Niki spent 13 days before that in Texas with her Dad's family and she got to see Kim and kids. Angi has been working for a real Dentist for a while and a new one next week. She loves it. Great Job.
Better stop or it will to long to read. Love Mom,Grandma.

Mar 24th

Today we got a phone call from Larene, Pam has been ill, she got sick while at Larene's for the blessings. She went home and then Monday she went to the hospital, she had blood clots in her lungs,possiblely from the surgery when they removed her pullips. She workd some and then this Sunday she got real bad again and Monday she was back in the hospital again. This time they said she had plursery in her lungs. So sorry Pam. She hopes to be home Tuesday. Our prayers are with you Pam. Doctors may not let her fly here in April. Its OK Pam we could manage. But hope you are much better by then.
I have my pre-op doctor appoinment today.

Mar 16th
Time to update the family. Alan and Cherika had kayla and Breaton blessed Sunday Mar. 15th. They looked beautiful.(pictures on Larene's blog). Alan did a wonderful job with the blessings. Angi and Sheila missed the blessing they were there for a week before. They had fun with the twins. Shaylee and Pam was at the blessings. Said Alan cried before he finished. What a guy. They are very special.
Melody spent 2 days in the hospital again, she had her appenix removed. She is home and better.
Update on my surgery. Monday the urlogyist called and said I had an bladder infection. Different this time. Thought it might be kidney stones, This is 3 in the past month. She thought the surgeon would want to cancel the surgery She was calling him personaly. In the mean time the Cardilogist called to remind me of my stress test the 17th. I canceled it. Then the urolgist called back and said the surgeon wanted to go ahead as planned. so I reschedlued the stress test.

Tuesday 17th 7:30 Am Heart stress test.
Wednesday 18th 10:15 Surgery class
Wednesday 18th 3:30 pm Dr. Rughani, Lung Dr. appointment for oxgyen.
Thursday 19th 11:30am Anesthisia Dr. appointment
Tuesday March 24th 3:25pm Dr. Shah, surgeon Dr. pre opt appointment
Thursday March 26th Surgery.
SAY LOTS OF PRAYERS I should be in the hospital 4 days, and probably in a nursing home 2 weeks. Pam will be here the 6th of April for 2 weeks to help me.
David had a nice birthday, His friends took him to dinner at AppleBee's then we had his favorit choclate cake and ice cream, Angi and girls were here and the Willie's. Sheila and Easton came Sunday. He had said no party, but we did anyway. Happy Birthday David.
All else is well and we are happy that Kendra got moved into her new 3 bedroom Apartment and Steve is out of the picture. Denise has her 3children 5 days a week 9 hours a day. But at least they are cared for and safe. Steve Neilson still has no work and neither does David. Hope Amber and family are well and Addison is growing up to fast. So is Austin. They are so cute. Linda is going to see Kurtis the 26th of March for a week. That is great. Shaylee is graduating the 4th of June. We will be there for sure. She is also graduating from cosmatology school the same time. Way to go Shaylee.

Feb 25th

HAPPY BIRTHDAY DENISE. We hope you have a great day. Matthew will be home Sat.. Pam has been sick for sometime now. Hope it isn't serious. The twins got to go visit Grand ma and Grandpa Haas they loved that. I guess its been hard for Cherika when Alan works at night. He got his work hours cut to 4 days a week. I guess everyone is hurting. I hear Joshus is down to 4 days a week also. Poor David still no work. He really isn't well enough to work most of the time anyway.
Baby Timiothy came to visit us yesterday. He is so cute and doing so well. His Mom Melody really looks good also. Jordan has been disnosged with Autism. Hope they get him help soon. Sorry!!
My last test was negitive, but whose knows whats next. They are going to send my records to my surgeon and its up to him when I have the surgery. I am seeing a pumanary Dr. next week for my oxgyn problem.. We been getting the car fixed. over $800.00 What next? The steps are done and look great. It has rained for 4 days straight.
